Trust & Verification

Trust should be explained, not merely claimed.

These standards explain the signals TradeTrust provides, their limits, and the checks every business should still make before a B2B transaction.

Supplier identity signals

Supplier onboarding requires business information and GSTIN validation. A Verified Supplier badge is displayed only after TradeTrust enables the supplier verification status following review.

Structured product and order records

Listings expose practical buying information such as price, unit and MOQ where provided. RFQs, checkout, invoices and order status updates keep the commerce trail connected inside TradeTrust.

Verified-purchase reviews

TradeTrust opens product reviews only to eligible signed-in purchasers after the relevant order is delivered. The badge confirms the order link, not that TradeTrust endorses the opinion.

Support and escalation

Users can contact support, report an issue, and use the grievance path. Order IDs, invoice numbers, payment references and supporting evidence help the team investigate efficiently.

Important limits

What verification does not guarantee

  • A Verified Supplier badge is an identity and onboarding signal, not a guarantee of product quality, stock, pricing, delivery performance or future conduct.
  • Product descriptions, media, availability and fulfilment commitments remain the supplier’s responsibility unless a TradeTrust policy explicitly states otherwise.
  • Payment, refund, cancellation, shipping and exchange outcomes follow the applicable order state, payment method and published policies; they are not made risk-free by a badge.
  • Buyers should review product details, MOQ, supplier information, delivery expectations and written RFQ or order terms before committing funds.

Before you place an order

  1. 1. Compare the complete offer: product specifications, samples, MOQ, price, taxes, freight and delivery date.
  2. 2. Keep terms on-platform: use RFQ, cart and order records so important commitments remain reviewable.
  3. 3. Use documented payments: follow the checkout instructions and retain the provider reference or UTR.
  4. 4. Escalate early: report discrepancies with the order ID and evidence instead of waiting for the issue to grow.

Need clarity?

Read the applicable policies or contact TradeTrust before committing to a term you do not understand.
